DigiPaint 6.3 Rectangle Marquee

Added in rectangle marquee. You access the tool by pressing ALT + X and pointing at where you want it to start. Then you hold the right mouse button to use the rectangle marquee. Press Left Mouse button to get it on your cursor. Press ALT + Q to deactivate the tool (not permanently).
